These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ownherofficial.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. The Site is operated by OWNHER AS, organization number 20028356895, a company registered in Norway ("OWNHER," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order with us. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, including colors and fit, as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will show colors exactly as they appear in person. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a product, or correct any errors in product descriptions or pricing at any time, without prior notice.

3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed; this confirms we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance until the item has shipped.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices on the Site are listed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include applicable Norwegian VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs, delivery estimates, and available shipping options are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your delivery address. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 6. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds

If you are a consumer purchasing from within Norway or the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven), without needing to give a reason. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product images, and design, is the property of OWNHER AS or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site's operation or security, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to submit false or misleading information when placing an order.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OWNHER AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased from us. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Norwegian consumer protection law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence. Consumers may also bring complaints to the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) or via the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
