We want you to love your OWNHER piece. If it's not right for you, here's how returns work.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In line with Norwegian and EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order and return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.

Return conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and other intimate apparel must have the hygienic liner/seal intact and unremoved to be eligible for return.
• Items showing signs of wear, deodorant marks, or odour cannot be accepted.

How to start a return

Email us at teamownher@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your item back.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us immediately at teamownher@gmail.com with photos — we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or item you'd like instead.
