At this time, we ship exclusively within Norway. We plan to expand to additional countries in the future - check back or sign up for updates.

2. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Posten Bring, Norway's national postal and parcel carrier, using their home mailbox parcel service.

3. Shipping Cost

Shipping rate is estimated at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, packed and shipped.

5. Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 1-3 business days, depending on your location within Norway. Delivery times may be longer during holidays or peak periods.

6. Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime via our Track Your Order page.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, it's important that you register the details within 7 days of arrival at our Damage Submission Form  with your order number, email and details and we'll get in touch. 

8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, though we're happy to help however we can if this happens.
